CANDIDATE PAYNE IS THE CHANCELLOR OF BLACK WALLSTREET INSTITUTE & EXCHANGE, SHE PROVIDES AN ECONOMIC STABLIZATION PLANNING PROGRAM AND COMMUNITY LENDING SERVICE.

Come out and visit the booth of the Convention of States, "COS" where I am a District Captain for.

Come to our booth and learn where your right to have your grievance's against your government comes from and the what's the process you as a citizen can take to have that grievance addressed.

Don't let FEAR of weaponization or retailiation paralyze you to doing nothing, your constitution provides remedy.
